The CATMA Team has been evaluating how they can best support businesses and optimize their tools and resources, particularly related to the continued Work From Home environment. As employers are faced with redefining, adapting and rebuilding their work places and work force, CATMA saw an opportunity to create a few tools to assist employers in cultivating a Telework Policy. They created a Telework Program Guide that offers a simple step-by-step format to help facilitate internal discussions when employers are establishing or enhancing telework policies and practices. In addition, they developed a comprehensive telework assessment tool and employee survey which are all available to interested organizations upon request.
CATMA is also working on a facelift to their website that will ensure visitors have the most up-to-date and relevant commute information including COVID-19 protocol for various modes, and they are in early stages of planning a regional Mobility Management Support Center. These products will improve CATMA’s commuter services and customer support to businesses in the region.
