Rethinking Green Mountain Transit Fares

A discussion of the considerations made with the reintroduction of fares to GMT's urban operations.  These considerations included limiting the financial harm of fares on vulnerable riders, lowering barriers for regional transit, and improving technology to allow for collaboration, convenience, and protections.
