Telework Support for Employers

Request Telework Guide, Assessment & Survey Assistance

As more businesses begin to re-open and are adapting to the new workplace, many are planning for employees to continue working from home in some capacity.  With the increase in telework interest, CATMA has made it a priority to be a resource for organizations who are navigating a new or enhanced telework policy and culture.

As the regional Transportation Management Association serving Chittenden County, we developed a Telework Program Guide to help facilitate your internal discussions relative to telework policies and practices. This Guide offers a simple step-by-step format that will help develop, implement, and manage a telework program at your workplace.

Telework offers many benefits, including work-life balance, employee health and wellbeing, employee recruitment and retainment, climate and air quality, and happier more productive employees.  Whether you are exploring the opportunity to establish and/or strengthen a comprehensive telework program at your worksite, or you need assistance navigating aspects of working from home policies and communications, CATMA is here to help you get there!

In addition to the Guide, we developed a comprehensive Assessment Tool that will provide a glance into your organization’s current state and future improvements and an Employee Survey which will serve as baseline and evaluation tool.
